You have Goals. You're told to manage them, and that you can probably only manage 7 plus or minus 3 of them.
Other "experts" say that only four goals should be your maximum.
Nonsense.
Who among these "experts" actually know your limitations?
Further, this arbitrary concept appeared before a lot of tools became available to help you manage, organize and track your goals. And actually be successful in achieving even the boldest of them.
The problem isn't with the number of goals you have, it's with how you integrate them into one cohesive plan.
That plan has two parallel parts: DOing, and Managing.
Think about it. Are you a Doer? A Manager? Both? Or, worst case, neither one?
